Today I am going to review Travel Hotel Amsterdam, which is conveniently located for travelers who arrive at the Central Station. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Central Station to Travel Hotel Amsterdam. The exact address of this cheap Amsterdam hotel is Beursstraat 23 1012 JV Amsterdam, that is right in the heart of Amsterdam. Leisure travelers will find this Amsterdam hotel a good base for exploring the city, because Travel Hotel Amsterdam is close to numerous tourist sights, such as the world famous Red Light District, the floating flower market at the ‘Singel’ (canal), the royal palace and Madame Tussauds. “Kalverstraat” or the “Magna Plaza” shopping centres will definitely attract fans of shopping. Hotel guests can experience Amsterdam’s vivid nightlife in numerous restaurants, bars and clubs at the “Rembrandtplein”. You see that the location of the hotel couldn’t be better.

There were three of us who came to Amsterdam, so we booked en suite triple room with three single beds and a private shower and toilet. There also were basic type rooms where guests shared a shower and toilet with other guests; these rooms were cheaper, but we preferred having private facilities.

The hotel was certainly very basic but we got what we paid for (prices in Travel Hotel Amsterdam were cheaper in comparison to prices in nearby 2-star Amsterdam hotels). Both the room and the linen were very clean, fresh towels were available each day. There was only one thing that disturbed us at times – the ringing bell in the nearby church.

So, if you need a cheap Amsterdam hotel in the center to stay on budget, Travel Hotel Amsterdam would be a good choice.
